Pumpkin Patch 2009

Annual trip to the pumpkin patch today.....we realized last week while it was raining, that we only had a few days where we didn't have a practice.....when we would be able to go to the pumpkin patch.  Today we finally had sunshine! So after dropping off soup for our Super Saturday, and taking Brae to practice.....we headed out!

We have been goin to this pumpkin patch since Zach was a pre-schooler....so it's fun to see how big the kids have gotten each year!

I am the luckiest Mom in the entire world! Our kids are amazing!  Watching Brae's confidence grow this fall has been wonderful - he's a different kid now - football has been great for him! Connor is my child where I always get compliments from everyone about how sweet, cute & adorable he is....and well, I have to totally agree!  Ella was great today - she's been quite the challenge lately when we're out....but she actually LISTENED to everything I said at the Pumpkin Patch!  Zach is just growing up WAY too FAST!!! He is so responsible & reliable! He's a great strength to his siblings & I am impressed by him each day!

Every year this patch has this photo op - I think it's pretty creepy....but the kids love to pose at all the photo ops....Funny looking seven dwarfs (plus 2).....

Ella was so cute - she had just tried to pick up a HUGE pumpking....but just rolled it around instead. She settled on 2 mini pumpkins she could hold her each hand :)

It was a fun day....I picked up a few 'Cinderella Pumpkins' and am excited to try out an idea I saw in a magazine...I'll post pics later when I get it done!
