Family Time

We had a few "brother sleepovers" during spring break! I love how close our boys are. We can go for days without seeing friends, and it doesn't matter. Don't get me wrong, we appreciate our kids friends, and ours - but watching our boys play together is special. They switch from eachothers rooms, to the loft on their favorite places to sleep, this was a loft night. Connor & Brae ended up next to eachother...and will kill me for taking this picture when they see it, but as a mom - how could I resist?
Tyler took Friday off so we could have a day as a family. He's such an awesome husband & father! We had planned to go out on a ferry & spend the day in the islands, but horrible traffic thwarted that plan! So we gave the boys some options & they chose the Museaum of Flight!
Arriving at the Museum of Flight....
The first plane they were allowed to climb in! Ella is enjoying being "big" like her brothers!
Zach...
Brae taking his turn....The boys thought the flying car was funny...
I don't remember who's "bright" idea it was to let Ella walk, instead of stay in the stroller, but we were NUTS! She took off a dozen times - and she is FAST! This exhibit had buttons you could push & it would play different sounds......it distracted her...for a moment!
Connor was so excited that he was the only boy that could go on the Blue Angel plane! It was for younger kids, but he thought it was awesome that he got to do something his big brothers couldn't do!
Pretending to be hot air balloon pilots.....Connor was cracking up at the mustache!
Hot air balloon- only Zach could reach the thing to make the balloon rise...Tower terrors! Ella was LOVING this...and Connor is such a good sport!
The kids zone area was fun....real planes the kids could climb in, simulators for hang gliding, hot air balloons, it was really cute.
Inside AirForceOne....at the Presidents desk....
This was actually JFK's plane & this was his private quarters.....
Our kids are so little next to this! Inside the last Concord ever flown....it was a REALLY tight fit....not for anyone claustrophobic!
Ella was pooped after a long day! I love the hand on her face!
Remember astronaut icecream? Tyler & I both remember getting it on fieldtrips here, so it was fun to get it for the kids too....
When we were young, it was just neapolitan, now they have choc.-choc.chip too, so we got both!
