Wolfpack Championship Game 2009

So as soon as the Primary Program was over, the kids & I raced home to change & headed to Brae's game. We got there just in time to see Brae playing....

He did great - this is him in the middle of the photo, taking down this Puyallup player. After the game, he told us that after he tackled this player to the ground, he told the boy "Nobody gets past me!" We laughed - his confidence has tripled this season!

After the game, Coach Cozzi always talks with the team & families.....it has been an amazing season...we were very lucky to have great Coach's this year!

There was no score on the board until the 4th quarter, and Wolfpack did end up losing.....so the boys had to turn in their helments & pads..........Brae is showing off all the stickers he earned this year :)

This is my favorite pic of the season.........Brae & Carson........they have become great friends - a huge support for Braeden with everything our family has gone through the past 3 months.......whenever they had a day off from practice, Carson is at our house :) I think that Brae loves that a 3rd grader likes hanging out with him too, since Brae is in 2nd. It's a weird feeling though.....after having football 5 or 6 days a week, to now being done............almost like we don't know what to do with ourselves! I am grateful to not miss Church though....but the families all get along so well, kind of like an extended family - so to not see everyone very often is weird! Can't wait 'till next season!
