Christmas Day

This is what the kids woke up to Christmas morning........Connor's, Zach's, Brae's, and Ella's - Santa came through with the Dora house she wanted! :) Thank goodness Craigslist exists.....Santa couldn't find the parts to make a new Dora house....they don't sell them anymore, so he was lucky to find it on Craigslist, lol :) But what do you do when that is ALL your 2yr.old daughter talks about for 3 months straight? She literally plays with it most of every day!

Ella's Dora house, some furniture, her stocking, & a gift from Tomten. (Swedish Santa)

Santa brought the boys all new sleds - now if we could just get some snow!

Her day was made - scratch that....her year! :)

Connor has been asking for a camera for 2 years.........his wish came true this year! Gotta love the Day-after-Thanksgiving sales!

As Zach gets older, his wish list gets shorter, and more expensive! This year he got  a Ipod clock/radio.

This year Christmas was small, the gifts aren't the important part anyway...but thanks to people still owing us a LOT of money...it was really small this year. So when Brae's football season came to an end, and the parents were told we could buy their son's jersey's.....we told Brae we couldn't afford it (ok - white lie....sort of...) If we saved it for part of his Christmas present, then we could afford it, but we couldn't justify just buying it, and the team sweatshirt....just cuz.  So we bought it, secretly....(thank goodness I'm on the board - I have connections now)...and I had his name put on the back.  Yeah - it was a hit!

Ella got a few little things, we are enjoying the fact that she has no idea how much things cost & is pleased with little things! Nothing like more Dora characters to play with her house!

Zach's new sweatshirt.........which conveniently go with a pair of sweats he got recently :)

Case, and extra's to go with his new camera!

Brae wearing the team sweatshirt we bought him in the same manner as the jersey :)..and I had his name put on the back, and the # put on his arm. He's reading the Wolfpack book that I made for him too!

Opening their gifts from Grandma & Grandpa.........Wii games, Zach got Super Mario Bros., & Brae got Winter Olympics- just what the EXACTLY wanted!

Yeah, just a little excited! Connor got Sean White Snowboarding.

Ella got the cutest outfit, the sweatshirt has a fur collar & everything - she loves it (as do I)!!! And loves carrying her little Princess' everywhere!

Every year Grandma & Grandpa Goff come to all the grandkids houses......it's wonderful - we know how hard it is on them to get up early & be in the car most of the day. It means a lot to us!

Our brunch spread.....

Spinach/sausage quiche, Kringle, cookies, and all the yummy treats we'd been brought all week!

The other gift we gave the kids, was a portable DVD player, along with a movie.....it's for our tent-trailer :)

After a morning of playing the Wii & stuffing ourselves, we headed to Grandma & Grandpa's........had a great dinner and time with the family.
