One of their surprises was a new dvd....Madagascar 2, but we had put it in the van's dvd player without telling them. Once we were on the road, we told them to go ahead & start their movie....(they figured it was still Shrek or something they had been watching the other day).....boy were they surprised when the menu came up!4 happy kids.........
We took the kids to Snoqualmie Falls & the Snoqualmie Railway Museum....they loved it, having never been there before. We decided to not hike along the rocks since Ella is still so small. The falls were pretty small today, but still fun all the same. The boys enjoyed the hike. We promised to go again this spring when the weather is warmer & the falls are bigger!The cage on the way to the falls........

Daddy & Ella. She was such a trooper with no nap! (Notice Tyler in shorts - it was freezing! Zach & Brae wore them too...although Zach wished he hadn't....Ty & Brae are always hot, the rest of us FREEZE!!!)

Zach wanted to climb on everything (you're not supposed to climb on them - except for this one was ok), 
& Connor was in awe of it all (he LOVES trains - must be a little Great Grandpa Nielsen in him!).... 
McD's for lunch....those gift cards were burning a hole in their pockets!!! This was Ella's first time eating all 4 nuggets and 1/2 of her fries..... 
...she LOVES sweet & sour sauce.... After our fun day as a family, we had dinner at the Steven's. Ella is Kennadee's little shadow.....thanks for a yummy dinner & fun evening!
