Goin' on a Scavenger Hunt!

So last week I told Tyler we were going out & I had sitter lined up. All I would tell him was the time we were leaving....if you know Ty, he is like a little kid & was constantly asking me what we were doing....that was 1/2 the fun for me!

We have a new tradition.....(borrowed from Rachelle & Aryn-thanks!)on Valentines Day, Ty does stuff for me......on St.Patrick's Day, I do stuff for Ty.......2 holidays, celebrating us...it's perfect! So Crystal & I planned a scavenger hunt for our husbands...yes cheesy, totally something we would have done when we were dating....but that was the fun of it! No, we won't do this often, but we had a blast!
The Hunt...
Rules: No cheating – you must go to each location in order. There are presents there waiting for you! With each clue, choose the correct answer. Be careful, if you choose wrong, you may be driving ALL over the place!
Clue #1: (Tyler)
Go to the place where the water flows…….sometimes. Other times it looks like a giant bubble bath!  Look for the stump & search nearby.

Clue #2: (Britt)
We first meet here under the watchful eye of “May”

Clue #3: (Britt)
Run, hop, skip or Drive to the house of the Grandmother to all!

Clue #4 (Tyler)
Some people slide, jump & think it’s “Super”……..go here & ask for your next clue.

Clue # 5 (Britt)
We attend our classes, & get a 2hr reprieve from our little ones here….., search near the entrance with a bell for your next clue.

Clue #6 (Tyler)
You usually drive to this next location, but have taken the rails without hesitation. This may be the last place you want to be on your days off, but go to the front counter & ask for an envelope – we promise it will pay off!!!!!


Final Clue:
Hey guys – this is your final clue!
Go to the end of the runway………….where small planes land.
There used to be one of these just like it on the East hill of Kent, where you can choose your ingredients & eat until hearts content!
Meet us there, where we will be waiting,
don’t be long, or your tummy’s will be agitating!


It was fun - when Crystal & I planted the clues, it only took us 1 1/2 hrs....but it took the guys 3 hours to find everything! Too funny!!! Crystal & I got some shopping done at Ikea while we waited for them to finish...and we ended the night at Chang's Mongolian Grill in Renton......Tyler & I used to go to the one in Kent a ton when we were dating & first married....thanks for a fun night!
